Some functionality of the BioShell package has been released as fully automated web-servers.

The server computes a sequence profile (PsiBlast checkpoint) for a query as well as secondary structure predictions with PsiPred. These two profiles are subsequently aligned with all corresponding profiles derived for all SCOP domains. As a result, the server displays the top scoring alignments. Careful evaluation shows that there is 76% chance that the query sequence belongs to the same SCOP family as the top scoring template
